Mentoring

Mentoring (not Coaching!) requires a relationship that permits a discipleship growth in the person seeking mentoring while having their life and call fully respected and honoured by the mentor.
It is a 2 way transaction that benefits both parties, who can be peers if need be.
This takes place usually in another context such as church, college or other ministry setting where relationships are being fostered.
We will converse and see if it will work - the final ingredient has to be the "chemistry" that the Holy Spirit provides. It may not be for you right now - but then it may just be...
